This book provides a comprehensive, strategic approach to the creation, management, and disposition of information and records in organisations and is the first to analyse the impact that cloud computing and emerging technologies such as social networks and microblogging has on records management programmes. The emergence of Web 2.0 and social media has fundamentally changed the way information is created, exchanged, and stored.
