But what of Agatha herself, their creator, the brains behind the legendary Hercule poirot and Miss Marple? Agatha was a quiet and retiring person who shunned publicity and rarely gave interviews, and therefore discovering the real Agatha is a challenge almost worthy of her own detectives.
