It is time you get practical about decluttering. If you take a careful look of your life and home, you would see there are many things you can get rid of. This journal wants you to take time and write one to three materials/habits you want to get rid of each day. In addition, for each week, there is a column for you to write a favorite quote that inspires you.

After each week, you are expected to write out three things/habits that you are most happy getting rid of. There is also a column to write down any materials/habits you had wish you get rid of for each week.
