It defines the processes of physical postures, breathing exercise, use of mantra, contemplation and concentration, and also on the philosophical dimension. There are three dimensions of yoga practice--physical, psychic and psycho-spiritual. Yoga helps in gradual realization of inner potentialities. Desire for liberation does not mean to negate life, but to live vigorously, taking care of all living beings around oneself.
