Bill Granger's Holiday is a vibrant partner to the bestselling Every Day, continuing the exciting format of reportage style photography, personal chapter introductions and Bill's trademark contemporary, stylish recipes. This is a book about laying down lifetime memories through food, taking time out to cook at leisure, relaxing weekends and lazy holidays.
