They move upstairs to the second floor to get away from Miss Cat's loud piano, but then Miss Cat complains about the cooking smells from the pigs that moved into to the bear family's flat. Meanwhile, the kangaroos dancing on the third floor above keep the bears awake. The landlord owl saves the day by working out a space for each animal family to live in peace, undisturbed by their fellow tenants.
