As he walks through the desert, he discovers the seven paths of the Anasazi way-each one based on a naturally occurring element in nature-that show him the roots of his conflict and the path towards reconciliation. Native American traditions consistently focused on nature's own wisdom as superior to that of man since nature has witnessed all aspects of human growth and setbacks.
