From the sprawling lawns of Central Park to Coney Island to favorite landmarks, including the Flatiron Building, the Brooklyn Bridge and the Statue of Liberty, this 52-week engagement calendar features New York City icons, all from The Metropolitan Museum of Art. All are by artists who lived and worked in Gotham and saw the City as muse, including Childe Hassam, John Marin, Winslow Homer, and Edward Hopper. An identifying caption and a brief descriptive historical text accompany each work. Pages alternate between glossy paper for art pages and matte paper for calendar pages for ease of writing.
