The training manual of the South East Asian Martial Art Silat Ikhtiar with all the techniques including hand-fighting and the weapons: Pisau, Badek, Parang and Keris. An inspirational collectors item even for people who do not train in the art of Silat. Unlike many Silat styles, Silat Ikhtiar does not claim to be directly in line with a famous hero or icon of Asian or South East Asian history. Silat Ikhtiar does also not claim to be a 'complete' system. It is merely a tool that can be used in many situations. The objective of Silat Ikhtiar was to introduce a functional, usable and progressive style which still retains traditional and cultural aspects. Silat Ikhtiar has its own unique design weaponry and batik fabric.
