Inspired by Ani's ethnic heritage as a Korean-American, "Ani's Raw Food Kitchen: Asia" will be more than just another cookbook. It will be the first ever raw food Asian cookbook, full of healthy recipes that are simple to make and that support green lifestyles, well-being, optimal health, and beauty from an eco Asian-American perspective. Along with recipes and occasional background information on traditional dishes, the book will include Ani's essays, sidebars, and tips on living life well: green living, well being, entertaining, longevity, fitness, and beauty inspired by the healthy lifestyle we to Asia for. Recipes will include flavours from Korea, China, Japan, Thailand, Vietnam, India, Indonesia, and Hawaii.
